Explanation of September 20, 2012, B&R Changes

Recent Modern tournaments have been diverse, with no deck dominating the metagame. Since Modern is a non-rotating format, banned cards never rotate out. The DCI is unbanning a card to see how that affects the format. We looked for cards that were on the initial banned list for Pro Tour Philadelphia. We wanted a card that would not easily slot into an existing top deck and also wanted to enable a deck with a different play pattern than the current top decks. After examining the options, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle was selected as the card to unban.

While Vintage tournaments have also been fairly diverse, there has been a paucity of combination decks. Burning Wish is a strong combination enabler. It was first printed in Judgment in May 2002 and restricted in January 2004. At the time, quick-kill combo decks were dominating. Since then, the DCI has unrestricted many Vintage cards, and the restricted list is smaller today than it was in 2000 or any time since then. Continuing in this long-term trend, Burning Wish is unrestricted.

altro che accelleretori tipo tes, immagginate di giocare 4 balance, 4 yawghmoth will, 4 tinker, 4 perish, 4 ruote, 4 timetiwster (finalmente forse si giocherà).
Dopo questo vorrei fare cordiali saluti al giovane Bant, che ha già dato abbastanza visto i suoi brutti colori, un saluto anche al neo arivato bianco verde che grazie al signor tinker credo si debba ormai rimettere.

Ok, il burning wish aprirà senz'altro possibili nuove porte. Ricordatevi però che è stato limitato perchè a suo tempo abusava del 4x di LED, che attualmente, mi sembrano ancora limitati.. :-p

combo? altro che combo, con 4 monoliti tetri, 4 burning wish, 4 welder, 1 time vault, il mazzo si construisce da solo, altro che tesh:

io già vedo il ritorno di mazzi inteligenti finalmente tipo Pentastack, con 4 croccioli e addirirtura armagendon in side, oppure worshopslavery, il ritono del mazzo più bello del mondo, che con 4 burning wish può veramente Tutto.

non credo sarà così semplice tra spighe thalia e azzi vari, ma di sicuro ora le strade aperte sono INFINITE!!!!

combo si ma anche un bel controllo 4-5 color con le suddette superbombe rigorosamente in 5x :-> :-> :-> :-> :->

si si ci sara' ancor piu' da divertirsi.... rimettero' le perfect size al settino 8-)

è limitato così lo metti in side e ne puoi giocare 4 con 4 burning wish..... :-> :->
