Announcement Date: December 1, 2007 Magic Online Effective Date: Wednesday, December 19, 2007 (after the regularly scheduled Wednesday downtime) DCI Floor Rule Change announcement Effective December 20, 2007, all new Magic releases will become legal for Constructed play on the day of the product's release (rather than the 20th on the month following the release). The first set affected will be Morningtide, which will become legal for Constructed play on February 1, 2008. Standard, Extended, Vintage, Legacy, Lorwyn Block Constructed, Two-Headed Giant Constructed No changes Online Formats: Singleton Flash is banned Umezawa's Jitte is banned Upheaval is banned Prismatic Brainspoil is banned Clutch of the Undercity is banned Diabolic Intent is banned Dimir House Guard is banned Dimir Infiltrator is banned Dimir Machinations is banned Dizzy Spell is banned Drift of Phantasms is banned Ethereal Usher is banned Grozoth is banned Muddle the Mixture is banned Netherborn Phalanx is banned Perplex is banned Shred Memory is banned Tolaria West is banned Tribal Wars, Freeform, Classic, Vanguard No changes For more on this announcement, read Mike Turian's article on the Magic Online page for information on the Online Format changes, and Devin Low's column on December 7 for more information on the Constructed legal date change. Non ne sarei così sicuro...per decidere l'introduzione immediata delle nuove espansioni nel giorno dell'uscita la scimmietta magari nn doveva essere ubriaca, ma decisamente fatta di crack... |

credo che tornei di quel tipo li organizzano sl in america Veramente sono dei formati che si giocano solo su MTGO (Magic Online) Non e' possibile giocare tornei sanzionati di questo tipo nella vita reale... Almeno credo
