Allora se io ho in campo un [card]Absolute law[/card], l'avversario gioca una rimozione di massa come può essere [card]Pyroclasm[/card], [card]Firespout[/card] o [card]Volcanic fallout[/card], le mie creature rimarranno in gioco essendo protette dal rosso?

# 502.7b - A permanent or player with protection can't be targeted by spells with the stated quality and can't be targeted by abilities from a source with the stated quality. [CompRules 2007/05/01]

502.7e - Any damage that would be dealt by sources that have the stated quality to a permanent or player that has protection is prevented.

502.7.Ruling.1 - The Protection ability does not grant immunity to effects. Only the specific list in Rule 502.7b is granted. So, untargeted spells and abilities can affect the creature. For example, Wrath of God can affect a creature with Protection from White because Wrath of God is not targeted.

# 502.7.Ruling.2 - Untargeted spells and abilities which do damage will assign damage to the creature, but that damage will be prevented by the Protection ability so the damage is never actually dealt. Da quello che posso capire da queste 4 regole, delle spell come Pyroclasm, Firespout o Volcanic Fallout non uccidono qualcosa protetto dal rosso...la possono colpire, ma il danno viene prevenuto dalla protezione....nel caso invece in cui una spell rossa dicesse distruggi tutte le creature, allora le creature morirebbero.
Come ha scritto erdjinn anche per le creature del tuo avversario, nel caso da te citato, varrebbe lo stesso discorso.
