Cita:
410.10c. Leaves-play abilities trigger when a permanent leaves the in-play zone. These are written as, but aren't limited to, "When [this object] leaves play, . . ." or "Whenever [something] is put into a graveyard from play, . . . ." An ability that attempts to do something to the card that left play checks for it only in the first zone that it went to.
Cita:
410.10d. Normally, objects that exist immediately after an event are checked to see if the event matched any trigger conditions. Continuous effects that exist at that time are used to determine what the trigger conditions are and what the objects involved in the event look like. However, some triggered abilities must be treated specially because the object with the ability may no longer be in play, may have moved to a hand or library, or may no longer be controlled by the appropriate player. The game has to "look back in time" to determine if these abilities trigger. Abilities that trigger specifically when an object leaves play, when an object is put into a hand or library from a public zone, or when a player loses control of an object will trigger based on their existence, and the appearance of objects, prior to the event rather than afterward.
Cita:
420.5. The state-based effects are as follows:
420.5e. If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are in play, all are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule." If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn't apply.
Cita:
212.6h. If an effect changes a land's subtype to one or more of the basic land types, the land no longer has its old land type. It loses all abilities generated from its rules text and its old land types, and it gains the appropriate mana ability for each new basic land type. Note that this doesn't remove any abilities that were granted to the land by other effects. Changing a land's subtype doesn't add or remove any card types (such as creature) or supertypes (such as basic, legendary, and snow) the land may have. If a land gains one or more land types in addition to its own, it keeps its land types and rules text, and it gains the new land types and mana abilities.

Questa frase mi fa sorgere un dubbio... se in gioco ho una flagstone di trokair e gioco una [card]Accademia di Tolaria[/card], in gioco ho due montagne non base Leggendarie e quindi si spaccano?

Q: If I put Blood Moon into play, and there are multiple Legendary lands of different types in play, what happens?
A: Blood Moon does not change the names of non-basic lands in play. It gives the these lands the sub-type of Mountain. This means that they will lose their other abilities and gain the ability to generate red mana. However, they will keep their legendary status and their normal names. So any Legendary lands in play will remain in play.
