Se io faccio Echoing Truth su una pedina goblin con in gioco altre pedine goblin .
Rinbalzo solo quella e non tutte le pedine perchè le pedine non hanno nome giusto ? tks :P

ma perchè allora bile blight con le pedine ne uccide solo una ? che non capisco ....

Infatti Bile Blight dà -3/-3 a tutte le pedine con lo stesso nome... basta vedere negli stessi ruling che hai linkato:
