This night i played with an italian player whose play oath

There is no creature on table, he have Oath of Druids and Forbidden Orchard on table, (the turn before i shoot the token spirit with mogg fanatic) this is his turn and he want to tap ochard before oath, i said to him that he can not but, he doesn't agree. (his nickname: Zeel87877 )

Can you give me the solution in italian for him please? thanks a lot

Rules Text (Oracle): At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player controls fewer creatures than any of his or her opponents, the player may reveal cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a creature card. The player puts that card into play and all other cards revealed this way into his or her graveyard.

Zeel87877 l'oath si innesca solo se all'inizio del mantenimento il tuo avversario ha già più creature di te. Durante il tuo turno il primo momento in cui hai priorità è proprio il mantenimento, quindi non hai modo di far innescare oath in questo modo.
