Una settimana per riprendersi e riorganizzare le idee è servita tutta.
Il successo di questa edizione è stato sorprendente. E' febbraio, periodo di esami, e molti giocatori ci hanno anticipato che non sarebbero potuti venire.
A Milano il pauper ha registrato oltre 200 partecipanti. Chapeau!
E noi eravamo alla nostra prima due giorni.
E la sala era alla sua prima due giorni.
E perdiamo la sala a pochi giorni dall'evento (solo il sabato)
Da qui comincia l'odissea
Dopo mille tentativi ripieghiamo sulla bocciofila per il sabato. Questo comporta una mole di lavoro esorbitante, tutta la sala viene allestita sabato notte, i campi ricoperti con rotoli di sintetico (che molti giocatori hanno amato). Si scansano gli umarel, si stendono i tappeti, si pareggiano, si raddrizzano, si tagliano, si attaccano, si riarrotolano sollevano e spostano ancora. Un delirio.
E poi i tavoli, la disposizione, gli spazi, smonta le porte di ingresso, sposta, fai.
Nel mentre l' "apparato tecnico" si occupa della connessione per l'invitational, i programmi, le telecamere.
Alle 2 di notte sporchi e sudati (IO) o lindi e riposati (GABE e GUIDI) ci riportiamo a casa.
Sveglia presto e via al torneo.
La sala, contro ogni previsione, è bella. Molti giocatori sono presi dai ricordi. Siamo in Emilia, ed il legacy in bocciofila ha un significato.

Nel primissimo pomeriggio parte anche l'Invitational! Qui non sta a noi fare il report. Mi prenderò giusto il merito di aver allestito la sala anche per loro, e Gabe ha lavorato tanto per sistemare connessione e telecamere, ma qui ci fermiamo.
L' invitational è sempre un grande torneo. E' bello rivederlo, ed è fantastico che si sia svolto da noi.

Molto bene. Strette di mano, foto, sorrisi, si mangia tutti insieme (e qui la cucina mostra un po' di difficoltà a causa delle 400 persone nella sala principale). La sala si svuota, e per noi ricomincia il lavoro.
Tutto ciò che avevamo montato il venerdì, adesso andava smontato. Arrotola, raccogli, piega, sposta, rimonta. Alle 2, sempre stremati e sudati, torniamo a casa.
Sveglia presto ed è un day due che a noi sembra molto un day 3.
Stavolta i giocatori sono 183. Mamma mia! Meno male che siamo tornati nella sala che avremo d'ora in poi, e anche questi numeri trovano comodamente posto (potremmo farne anche due di tornei così senza stare stretti).
